I’ve been where you are.
For years, I built my life around achievement. I spent a decade working in Finance and Tech, always focused on the next goal, the next promotion, and proving that I could handle more.
From the outside, I was successful. But underneath it, I was anxious, exhausted and increasingly disconnected from myself. I had become so good at pushing through that I stopped noticing what it was costing me.
Eventually, burnout forced me to make a change. I left my corporate career and began exploring different ways to reconnect with myself. That’s when I discovered breathwork.
What started as a curiosity became an important part of my own journey, helping to get me out of my head, connecting with my body and exploring the things I hadn’t been able to think my way through.
Today, I’m a trauma-informed Breathwork Facilitator and Reiki Practitioner, offering the kind of support I wish I’d had when I was burning out: a chance to step out of constant doing, reconnect with yourself, and show up exactly as you are.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is an active form of breathwork where you intentionally breathe in a continuous rhythm, connecting each inhale to the next exhale without pausing in between.
Rather than trying to quiet your mind, the breath gives you something to focus on and follow. As the breathing pattern continues, you may begin to notice physical sensations, emotions, thoughts or memories coming to the surface. For some people, the experience feels energizing or emotional; for others, it can feel peaceful, reflective or deeply grounding.
-
We’ll begin by checking in, setting an intention and making sure you feel comfortable with the breathing technique before we begin.
From there, I’ll guide you through a Conscious Connected Breathwork journey supported by intentionally curated music and gentle guidance throughout. Afterwards, we’ll take time to ground, reflect and integrate your experience. In a 1:1 session, your journey is personalized around you—from the theme and music to the support you receive along the way.
Most importantly, you are always in control of your experience. There’s no pressure to push past what feels right for you.
-
That’s completely OK. You don’t need to be good at meditation or know how to quiet your mind to practice breathwork.
If you spend a lot of your life thinking, planning, analyzing or trying to figure everything out, CCB offers an opportunity to shift some of that attention away from your thoughts and toward what you’re experiencing in your body.
You may find that as the journey unfolds, there’s less need to analyze and more space to simply feel, notice and experience.

Being trauma-informed means I approach breathwork with an awareness that everyone arrives with different experiences, histories and nervous systems. My role isn’t to push you toward a particular outcome, but to offer choice, encourage you to listen to your body, and support you in moving through the experience at a pace that feels right for you. You remain in control throughout the session, and you can always adjust your breath, take a break or stop altogether.
-
One-on-one sessions offer the most personalized experience, with a journey created around your intentions and individual needs. Group sessions allow you to experience breathwork alongside others while still having your own individual journey. Corporate workshops take a different approach, bringing practical breathing tools into the workplace to support things like stress management, focus and greater awareness throughout the workday.
